About the Founder

I founded Find and Convert (originally under a different name) in 2002 because of my passion for helping companies implement practical marketing strategies that produce measurable results. In my career, I've run marketing departments with budget authority and accountability for sales results. I've also run sales organizations and I know first hand how important it is to have marketing plans that produce qualified leads so the sales team can spend more time selling and less time cold calling. I know first hand what it takes to succeed in sales and what it takes to produce marketing programs that set up the Sales team for success. Marketing programs which can be measured are the marketing programs the CEO cares most about.

I spent 20 years in the software industry before starting Find and Convert. I have worked for bottom line oriented bosses all my life, and I still do (our clients).
